April 4 Diet

Breakfast:
1 hand full of Peanuts
1 Peanut Butter Sandwich Lunch: 1 chicken & cheese sandwich 5 small pieces of Celery 1 apple Mid-Day Snack: 1 snack bag of Doritos 2 snack packages of trail mix 2 20Oz bottles of water
