March 30 Diet

Lunch:
1 glass of Water
1 Chicken Salad sandwich

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
1 Diet Coke
1 mini Twix bar
1 mini Snickers bar

Late-Afternoon Snack:
1 Apple
1 20oz bottle of water
5 hand fulls of Peanuts


Dinner:
Sesame Chicken
Steamed Rice
Broccoli
5 Wantons
1 Diet Coke
(It was a lot of food)


Late-Night Snack:
1 mini Twix bar
1 mini Snickers bar
