March 29 Diet

Lunch:
1 large plate of pasta
1 20oz bottle of water

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
1 banana
1 bite size chocolate cupcake
1 20oz Gatorade

Late-Afternoon Snack:
1 snack-bag of trail mix
1 20oz bottle of water

Dinner:
3 Eggs
4 slices of Turkey Bacon
2 Slices of Toast
2 hand fulls of Peanuts
3 small pieces of Celery
4 spoons of Ice Creme

Late-Night Snack:
1 Apple w/ Peanut Butter
1 glass of Gatorade
