Weak

I'm much weaker than I'd like to admit and very much out of shape, but I've looking forward to starting this new program!  P90X...two 90 day programs.  Can't wait to see the results after 180 days (6 months).  My biggest challenge; having enough money to feed my body what is necessary to allow maximum recovery, growth, and energy, however I do have the time and the equipment needed to do the workout.  Again, I can't wait to get this underway!

*Note to self:  Remember to stretch out your lower back.  Previous injury will catch up if I'm not proactive in my warm up.
