March 27 Diet

Breakfast:
2 Eggs
3 slices of Turkey Bacon
2 slices of Toast
2 glasses of Water

Morning Snack:
1 Apple
1 Glass of Water

Lunch: 
1 Chicken & Cheese sandwich w/ Mustard 1 glass of Water

Afternoon Snack:
1 Cliff bar
1 20oz Bottle of Water.

Evening Snack:
1 cup of Peanuts

Dinner:
3 ground Turkey Tacos
1 Salad w/ Balsamic dressing and Peanuts
1 glass of Chocolate Milk
