March 28 Diet

Early Morning Snack:
3 hand fulls of Peanuts

Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Sandwich
1 20oz bottle of water

Lunch:
3 ground Turkey tacos
1 20oz bottle of water

Afternoon Snack:
1 Apple
1 glass of Gatorade

Dinner:
2 large plates of Pasta
1 glass of water

Late Night Snack?
1 Rolling Rock Beer
